Dried Deglet Nour dates (Deglet Noor) on twigs, with pits, also called Royal Dates – a variety of date palm, commonly called the „queen of all dates”. Authentic North African Deglet Nour dates are soft to the touch, have a translucent, light color and a delicate, honey-like taste, which distinguishes them from other dates. They are a great source of natural energy before training, have a high content of fiber, antioxidants, natural sugars and phenolic compounds.
