Dried black lime 150g ( Lumi)

Very popular in oriental and especially Persian cuisine, dried limes are used exclusively as a spice and can be added whole to stews or meat and vegetable sauces to give them a more sour, tart flavor. A few punctures with a knife allow the simmering sauce to penetrate the lime, moistening it and releasing its complex flavors.
