Hummus chickpea
Original name: Chick Pea – Hommos
Hummus is a dish originating from the Levant and Egypt, made from boiled and mashed chickpeas and mixed with tahini sesame paste. As a sauce, dip or spread (poured with olive oil), it is a filling and nutritious meal or snack. Hummus can be additionally seasoned in many ways, e.g. with garlic, chili, vegetable pastes or pomegranates. It is also an excellent addition to roasted and grilled meats and vegetarian falafel. The product does not contain preservatives.
